Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, all trees, shrubs and hedges on the land shall be retained and protected during the course of the development and for a period of five years following the completion of the development. Any trees, shrubs or plants which within that period die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased, shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That, prior to the commencement of the development, details of the surface treatments of the parking area shall be submitted to and be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter the parking area shall be surfaced in accordance with the approved details prior to its first use. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That, prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted details of the new traffic calming speed hump shall be submitted to and be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter the speed hump shall be provided in accordance with the approved details prior to the first use of the parking area. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience.
