Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the external walls, roof and dormer windows be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the first floor of the northern and southern (side) elevations of the dwelling as extended. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That, notwithstanding any indication otherwise given on drawing no. 4711:98:002A accompanying the application, the rooflight in the rear roofslope shall have a minimum internal cill height of 1.7 metres above finished first floor level. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the first floor accommodation hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the parking provision has been constructed, surfaced and laid out, as shown on drawing no. 4711:98:002A; and such parking provision shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
