That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the making good of the walls and
for the new roof to the rear single storey extension shall match those
used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That none of the flats shall be occupied until all the alterations
shown on drawing no 420097 C have been carried out, and until the
parking spaces have been constructed and laid out as shown on
drawing no 420197 A, and surfaced using materials, details of which
have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority. The area provided shall not thereafter be used for any
purpose other than the parking and turning of vehicles.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
