Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposal would result in the loss of residential accommodation which could reasonably be used for residential purposes. As such, the proposal would be detrimental to the character and vitality of the town centre and reduce the stock of accommodation available for residential use within the town centre creating an imbalance in the variety of activities associated with a town centre. Therefore, the development would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies E6, H9 and H10.
