Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same
colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That, notwithstanding any indications as to the materials given on the
plans accompanying the application, the roof shall be covered with tiles
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the garage doors shall be constructed with vertical dark stained
timber boarding.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the
enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose
whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
