That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the first use or occupation of the accommodation hereby permitted space shall be laid out within the site for four cars to be parked and such parking area shall thereafter be retained. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
