Decision
Planning Permission on 21st August 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That this permission shall enure solely for the benefit of Miss H Lambden and the caravan shall be occupied only by Miss H Lambden and by no other person whomsoever. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances. That at the expiration of a period of 5 years from the date hereof or upon the site ceasing to be occupied by Miss H Lambden whichever is the earlier, the use of the land as a site for a caravan shall be discontinued. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances. That at the expiration of a period of 5 years from the date hereof or upon the site ceasing to be occupied by Miss H Lambden whichever is the earlier, the caravan be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: As the permanent stationing of a caravan on the site would be contrary to the general planning policy of the Local Planning Authority.
