That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the bathroom and en-suite windows in the south-eastern elevation of the dwelling and the extension shall be glazed in obscured glass prior to the first occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the first floor walls of the extension hereby permitted other than that expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That, notwithstanding the requirements of condition 2 hereof, no development shall commence until a detailed specification of the first floor window to be inserted in the north western (side) elevation of the dwelling, including details of obscure glazing and the way in which any opening part of the window is to be hung, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and the window shall be installed in accordance with the approved specification and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and not unneighbourly.
