Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That, prior to the commencement of the development, details of the surface treatment of the new parking bay shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The parking bay shall be surfaced in accordance with the approved details and shall therefore be so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the commencement of any other development to which this permission relates, the means of access between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the specification of the means of access attached hereto, and all ancillary works therein specified shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the said specification. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience. That, within one month of the first use of the means of access hereby permitted, the existing vehicular access shall be permanently and effectively closed by planting a hedge to match the existing hedge on theo road frontage of the site and the public footway and kerbline shall be re-instated to match those on either side of the existing access. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience.
