That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the external wall and roof of the roof alteration. Thereafter, the materials and finishes used shall be in accordance with the approved schedule. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building. That the development hereby permitted shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the window has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the window used shall be in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building.
