Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That only clean uncontaminated roof water drainage shall be discharged to underground strata. Reason: To prevent pollution of groundwater. That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the buildings hereby permitted, the use of the approved buildings for agricultural purposes permanently ceases and, within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the approved buildings shall be demolished, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
