That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the extension of the boundary wall and the relocated gate pier shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences; and the development shall be carried out using the approved materials. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the brickwork to be used in the extension to the boundary wall and the gate pier shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the conservation area. That the brickwork to be used for the extension to the boundary wall and the gate pier shall be laid in the same bond as that used on the existing wall. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the conservation area.
