Reserved Matters - Approval on 29th December 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the design and siting of the houses and garages on Area 2 are the
only reserved matters covered by this approval.
Reason: For the avoidance of doubt, and as other matters referred to in
the application will be dealt with during the discharge of
conditions attached to outline planning permission P95/S0769/O.
That the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be
adapted for living purposes unless planning permission has first been
granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in
respect thereof.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning

houses on plots 8 and 9 shall be constructed other than those expressly
authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
