Reserved Matters - Approval on 29th December 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the design and siting of the houses and garages on Area 2 are the only reserved matters covered by this approval. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt, and as other matters referred to in the application will be dealt with during the discharge of conditions attached to outline planning permission P95/S0769/O. That the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows serving first floor rooms in the houses on plots 8 and 9 shall be constructed other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
