Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the first
floor eastern (side) and western (side) elevations of the extension
other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the shower room window in the western (side) elevation of the
extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to
first occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained
as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That no part of the extension shall be occupied until space has been laid
within the site for four cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn
so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear; and such
parking and turning space shall be retained thereafter.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
