Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the external walls and roofs be constructed and finished in
accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first
have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before the development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of and Part 1 of
Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)
Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no
development within Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out
on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local
Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing,
titled "The Site Plan and proposed alterations and extensions" shall be
constructed, surfaced and laid out in accordance with that plan and shall
thereafter be used for the parking of vehicles only.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
