Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to its height, size and close proximity to the
boundary of the site with 44 Cromwell Road, the proposed two storey
extension would result in an unneighbourly form of development which
would overshadow and be overbearing to the neighbouring property,
detrimental to the residential amenities currently enjoyed by its
occupiers. Therefore, the development would be contrary to the
provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan,
particularly policy H12.
