That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 267/922/221 465 and 92798/910/50 01 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved. That at the expiration of a period ending on 31 July 2000 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development. That the trees on the site which are to be retained and which are adjacent to or within the development area, shall be protected during building operations by means of a protective fence around the edge of the canopy of the trees. Furthermore, no works or storing of plant or materials shall be carried out within the fenced area. Reason: To ensure the protection of trees on the land and to preserve the amenities of the locality. That the windows in the eastern elevation of the classroom hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first use of the building and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
