Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That, where it is necessary to excavate under the canopy of the Yew tree lying to the rear of 36 Milton Close in connection with the provision of the housing, equipment and concrete slab hereby permitted, there shall only be hand digging and any root pruning shall be carried out by a qualified tree surgeon in accordance with BS3998. Reason: To safeguard the Yew tree
