That at the end of a period of 5 years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent will lapse and the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: By virtue of Regulation 18 (4) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992. That the two menu boards to be erected on either side of the front door shall be constructed of timber and shall be hand painted; and the menu boards shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the spotlights and wires on the front elevation of the building shall be removed before the signs and lighting hereby approved are installed. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
