That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the parking area shown on the drawing hereby approved shall not be used for any purpose other than the parking of vehicles in connection with the use of the building for B1 purposes. Reason: To comply with the Council's parking standards and to protect the visual amenities of the area. That the open areas outside the building shall be used for the parking of vehicles, access and manoeuvring, loading and unloading purposes only. No goods, plant or machinery (including motor vehicles) shall be stored, repaired, operated or displayed in the open. Reason: To protect local amenities.
