Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the two storey extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the materials to be used for the brick plinth of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the extension shall not be occupied until the parking provision has been constructed, surfaced and laid out, as shown on drawing no. DK/456/298A received on 3 April 1998; and such parking shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
