That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used shall be as specified on the plans hereby
approved unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the Nettlebed
Conservation Area.
That all new and disturbed surfaces of the wall shall be made good to
match the existing.

Conservation Area.
That no development shall take place until the trees shown on drawing
number 98/446/01 have been protected in accordance with a scheme which
shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the
Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That, where it is necessary to excavate within the tree canopy of the
trees shown on drawing number 98/446/01, there shall only be hand
digging and any root pruning shall be carried out by a qualified tree
surgeon in accordance with BS3998.
