Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That, notwithstanding any indication as to those matters which may
have been given in the application, no development shall take place
until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the
Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the
external walls and roof of the swimming pool building, which shall
include the use of plain clay tiles. Thereafter, the development shall
not proceed otherwise than in accordance with the approved schedule.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the existing Yew hedge shown on drawing no. 1159/06 shall be retained
and tended to grow to, and remain at, a height of not less than
4 metres, and that any plants which within a period of 5 years from the
completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously
damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season
with others of similar size and species, unless the Local Planning
Authority gives written consent to any variation.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That, prior to the commencement of any work in connection with the
development hereby permitted, the existing Yew hedge shown on
drawing no. 1159/06 shall be protected in accordance with a scheme
which shall have previously been submitted to and approved in writing
by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That, prior to the commencement of any work in connection with the
development hereby permitted, details of the slab level of the
swimming pool enclosure shall be submitted to and approved in writing
by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall not
proceed other than in accordance with the approved details.
