That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the external boarding, door and windows shall be stained dark brown or black and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences; and the materials used to cover the roof shall be in accordance with the approved samples and details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
