Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the bathroom rooflight in the north east elevation of the extension
hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscured glass prior to the first
occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
