Planning Permission on 14th April 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That no extensions shall be occupied until space has been laid out within the site for three cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear; and such parking and turning space shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the walls of the development hereby approved facing north east. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
