That the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description of the development, plans and specifications contained in the application, subject to any conditions imposed on the outline planning permission, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality. That notwithstanding condition 10 attached to outline planning permission P97/S0058/O, prior to the occupation of any dwelling, the means of access, private driveways, turning and parking areas shall be provided in accordance with the approved landscaping scheme referred to in condition 6 attached to planning permission P97/S0058/O and in accordance with drawing no. 44STLT8 D accompanying this application. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and to ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the en-suite windows in the south east (side) elevation of Plot C hereby permitted shall be glazed in obcsure glass prior to the first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the side elevations of the houses other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
