Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the extensions hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That no garage conversion shall be occupied until space has been laid out within the site for three cars to be parked and such parking space shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
