That the meeting room hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with the use of the existing health and fitness club and shall not at any time be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: To comply with the Council's vehicle parking standards and to ensure adequate access arrangements. That the extension to the coffee bar/restaurant hereby permitted shall be used and occupied only by members of the health and fitness club in connection with and ancillary to the use of the existing health and fitness club and shall not at any time be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
