That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to
and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of
materials and finishes for the external walls and roof of the new stable
building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the manege area shall only be used for the exercising and training
of horses stabled at the site.
Reason: That a commercial activity in this location would cause
unacceptable harm to the residential amenity of adjoining
neighbours and the character of the locality which lies
within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
That the manege area and stables shall not be used for any commercial
purposes or organised club activities.
