re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north
west (side) elevation of the elevation of the building other than those
axpressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That within three months of the date of this permission, the rooflight
in the south east roofslope facing No. 16 Vicarage Road shall be fixed
shut and obscure glazed and shall be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the parking provision as shown on drawing 315.7 accompaying Agent's
letter dated 31 March 1998 shall be retained as such and shall not be used
for any other purpose.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
