Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the permission hereby granted shall enure solely for the benefit of L V Stiles and R W C Stiles whilst in occupation of the site, and shall not enure for the benefit of the land or for other persons whomsoever. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances.

That the land shall be used only for the purpose of storing wood shuttering and associated screening materials as specified in the application and no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities.

That materials shall not be stacked or deposited to a height exceeding 3.0 metres. Reason: To protect local amenities.

That no work shall take place at the premises (including operation of machinery, loading and unloading) except between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm onMondays to Fridays (excluding bank holidays) and 7.30am to 1.00pm on Saturdays. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.

That upon the site ceasing to be occupied by L V Stiles and R W C Stiles, the use of the land for storing wood shuttering and associated screening materials shall be discontinued, and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of special circumstances.

That the use hereby approved shall be carried out on the area defined by the plan accompanying the application only, and no further expansion of the use onto adjoining land shall occur without the prior grant of planning permission by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
