Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the
south-western (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the rooflights to be inserted in the roof shall be of a conservation
type, in accordance with a scheme which shall be submitted to and
approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the
development commences.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area.
That, prior to the first occupation of the extension hereby permitted,
the wall running along the south east boundary of the site shall be made
good with materials of the same colour, type and texture as the existing
wall.
Reason: To secure a satisfactory appearance.
