Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building. That, prior to the commencement of the works, a detailed specification of the type, design and appearance of the window and details of works to the surrounding brickwork shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and the window shall be installed and the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved specification and details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
