Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the occupation of the caravan shall be limited to a person wholly employed, or last employed by Forest Glade Kennels Limited or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her, or a widow or widower of such a person. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances. That at the expiration of a period of three years from this date or upon the caravan ceasing to be occupied by an employee of Forest Glade Kennels, whichever is the earlier, the use of land as a site for a caravan shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: That the permanent stationing of a caravan on the site would be contrary to the general planning policy of the Local Planning Authority. That at the expiration of a period of three years from the date hereof or upon the site ceasing to be occupied by an employee of Forest Glade Kennels, whichever is the earlier, the caravan be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: That the permanent stationing of a caravan on the site would be contrary to the general planning policy of the Local Planning Authority.
