That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of
the porch and conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and
texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and
rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the
Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That the natural stone to be used for the external walls of the
porch and conservatory shall be regularly coursed and laid using
lime mortar.
