That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the walls of the field shelter shall be stained dark brown and
so retained.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the roof of the field shelter shall be constructed with black
onduline sheeting, or as otherwise agreed in writing with the Local
Planning Authority.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the field shelter hereby permitted shall be used only for the
stabling of horses grazed on the land included in the application site,
for private use only, and the field shelter shall not be used for
any commercial or business purpose whatsoever.
 
Reason: To protect local amenities.
