That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the porch and conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the materials to be used for the roof of the garage shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the natural stone to be used for the external walls of the porch and conservatory shall be regularly coursed and laid using lime mortar. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the rooflights in the garage shall be of the conservation type and thereafter retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
