That prior to the first use of the extension hereby permitted, the existing access to the site shall be closed off by the erection of a wall to match the existing wall, or by the planting of a hedge. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience. That the parking spaces to serve the development shall be laid out in accordance with plan reference 9788/2/A and shall be so retained. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That all trees on the land shall be retained and maintained. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That the premises shall be used at no time other than Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 8.30 and 6.45, and Saturdays between 8.45 and 12 noon. Reason: To safeguard the amenity of adjacent properties.
