Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience. That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing, reference 9804100 all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
