Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed in writing by the Local
Planning Authority, all trees, shrubs and hedges on the land shall be
retained and protected during the course of the development and for a
period of five years following the completion of the development. Any
trees, shrubs or plants which within that period die, are removed or
become seriously damaged or diseased, shall be replaced in the next
planting season with others of a similar size and species, unless the
Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That the new boundary hedges shown on plan reference 9216 shall be
planted within the planting season following the first occupation of
the dwelling to which they relate, and shall be so retained and
maintained. In the event of the hedge plants dying, they shall be
replaced within the following planting season and so retained and
maintained.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not incongruous.
That prior to the first occupation of barns one, two or three, the
courtyard shall be laid out in accordance with details shown on plan
reference 9216 and shall be so retained and maintained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
