That at the expiration of three years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued. Reason: To accord with the applicant's request. That the open areas surrounding the building as shown on Drawing 1527/01 shall be used for parking of vehicles, loading, unloading, manoeuvring and amenity/landscaping purposes only and no storage, industrial or other business use shall take place other than inside the building. Reason: To protect local amenities. That the parking and manoeuvring spaces shown on drawing 1527/01 accompanying the application shall be permanently kept available for these purposes in connection with the use hereby approved. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to proect local amenities.
