That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the height of the roofs shall not exceed 9.6m from damp proof course. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the windows shown in the side elevations of the new dwellings shall be obscure glazed, fixed shut and retained. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That in all other respects the development shall be carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in planning permission P97/N0851 and the details agreed. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
