course.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the windows shown in the side elevations of the new dwellings
shall be obscure glazed, fixed shut and retained.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That in all other respects the development shall be carried out in
accordance with the conditions set out in planning permission P97/N0851
and the details agreed.
