That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the maximum number of children to be accommodated at any one time shall not exceed 20. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality. That the nursery shall be open only between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday to Friday. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing, reference 9871.01 all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
