Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the existing hedge along the boundaries adjacent to Grafton Orchard
(north western and north eastern boundaries) shall be retained at a height
of not less than 1.6 metres.
Reason: To protect the amenity of the area.
