That at the expiration of 2 years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued. Reason: To assess the effect of the development during this period and to safeguard the character of the area. That at the expiration of a period of 2 years from the date of this permission, the portacabin shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: Because of the temporary nature of the portacabin and to safeguard the character of the area. That there shall be no earth movement or tipping of hardcore within the site. Reason: To protect this Grade II agricultural land.
