would be contrary to Policy C11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
in that this is not a traditional farm building whose form, bulk and
general design is in keeping with its surroundings. Furthermore the
proposal would lead to the intensification of use of a substandard access
lacking adequate visibility to the east detrimental to the safety of users
of the public highway.
