That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the
description, plans and specifications contained in the application, and
subject to the conditions hereby imposed.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory (*and
to protect the character of the building as a building of
special architectural or historic interest).
*N.B. Not if the listed building consent allows its demolition
- or the consent relates to an unlisted building in a
Conservation Area.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction,
making good/rebuilding and finishes of the development hereby permitted
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before the works are commenced.
Reason: To ensure that details of the works are satisfactory.

type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and
rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the
Local Planning Authority.
