Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That the natural stone to be used for the plinth shall be laid in regular courses using a lime-based mortar mix. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That the works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
