Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall
not be used for residential accommodation without the prior grant
of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To accord with the policy of the Local Planning Authority.
That the occupation of the residential accommodation hereby permitted
shall be limited to a person or persons wholly employed at Chinnor
Hill Manor or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her,
or a widow or widower of such a person.
Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special
circumstances.
That prior to the first occupation of the staff accommodation the
existing caravan shall be removed from the site.
Reason: To accord with the policy of the Local Planning Authority.
